And one of the talking heads on MSNBC said afterwards that her speech was good but it lacked substance. These same folks were gushing with adoration over every Obama speech and not once did I hear a liberal media pundit utter the words "lacked substance" in reference to an Obama speech. No, instead we got the "thrill going up my leg" comment.
I actually missed a decent portion of Palin's speech. I'll have a more in-depth discussion of it when I get the chance to watch it. What I saw was excellent. She pulled no punches and went after Obama. She also repeatedly brought up his "bitter clingers" comments.
Right now this might be the quote of the speech. Man, I'm liking this broad more and more.
"In politics, there are some candidates who use change to promote their careers. And then there are those, like John McCain, who use their careers to promote change."

Media bias? What media bias?
The irony of their words is amusing, at best, but even they cannot bring themselves to admit that a woman with a little (R) in front of her name could actually give a good speech. After all, she cannot be actually be female with that (R) there, and no (R)s give good speeches, so she is fair game from both directions.
It really is astounding that the left truly believes there's no liberal bias but in fact a CONSERVATIVE bias in the MSM.
Hell, someone on DE Liberal attempted to "prove" said bias to me by bringing up a study by Media Matters.
The problem? Their "studies" are foregone conclusions, much like The Brady's anti-gun studies.
Media Matters website states,
"Media Matters for America is a Web-based, not-for-profit, 501(c)(3) progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative misinformation in the U.S. media."
Their "proof" is laughable isn't it?
