A story from the UK. Ten months ago a father is murdered in a machete attack in the park in front of his two sons after coming to protect them from an armed mob. Now one of those sons has been the victim of a knife attack. Ah yes, the "civilized" gun-free utopia that is the UK, where an armed mob can stab a man to death while he and his two sons stand by helplessly because they lack the means to repel such an attack.

The UK, where the strong and the many have a monopoly on the use of force and the citizenry have been disarmed. Sure looks like all of that strict gun control, knife control and even knife amnesty back in 2006 has done wonders for increasing the safety of the average Brit.
