President Obama transcends race, calls blacks a "mongrel people."
The only way you get a pass for saying something like that is if you're black, otherwise it's off with your head. Imagine if Bush had said it.
Sigh.

Wonder if they are going to go after him at half intensity since he is half white or if the gaffes are covered since he is half black and for some that is the important part.
To be fair, that is an accurate statement - we are a melting pot of every possible description, and I have no real problems with him saying as much.
I do have a problem with him being given a pass, while a white man saying the same thing would be broken on the wheel...
Oh I agree that it's an accurate statement. I don't dispute that one bit.
