Stupidity Illustrated - Stabby Things

Laws restricting the carrying of basic tools have progressed to the point where carrying this tiny tool would be a felony in my state without an expensive permission slip from the nanny state.

If I actually gave it to a hobo he'd be committing a felony by carrying it.

By the way, if you're looking for a Ka-Bar I highly recommend Tomars Kabars.

As yet another example of the idiocy of focusing on items rather than crimes, the black Cold Steel knife in the top right of Breda's photo is classified as an "undetectable knife" and is illegal in this state.

Whoops, I've broken that law then. Didn't even know it.

I carry a folding Buck Stockman 301 everywhere I go (and feel naked and lost without it). So, yeah, I've broken that law.

Stupidity.

The undetectable knife thing is true (and stupid). But that hobo kit has a 3 inch blade. Assuming it is 2.9 inches and change, you're fine. That is unless Delaware updated the knife laws since I last checked.
