1911's Ooh Shiny!

Not that I don't love my DW RZ-45 Heritage, but this is the gun I wanted to buy but couldn't afford.  The Dan Wesson Valor.  Unfortunately they run about $1400+, which is roughly $300 above the already high price I paid for the RZ-45.

Still, it is one damn sexy gun.

Speaking of 1911's, I stopped by Tactical Solutions to fondle their .22lr 1911 conversions. They offer a full upper with options for standard, fiber optic or mounted holographic reflex sights.  They seem to be much better quality than the .22 conversions from Sig.  I'm seriously considering picking one up for the Dan Wesson for cheap practice with a full-sized, full-weight gun.  Tac Sol also makes integrally suppressed pistols, which I didn't bother to photograph, since Delaware says we can't have NFA items.
