A Challenge to Collective Rights Theorists....

Find me a right, either judicially created out of "prenumbra's and emanations" or explicitly stated in the Constituion, which applies to "the people" ONLY when they are part of a group, but not when they act individually.

You won't find one anywhere, because the entire notion of "collective rights" is downright moronic.
