The Breda Fallacy: A+
Congratulations Breda and Mike!
It looks like the live fire portion of the class was pretty involved. In addition to shooting standing unsupported they shot bench rest and one-handed with weak and strong hands all at 3 different distances. Sounds like they had a great time!
I don't know what the live-fire requirements are like for a Delaware CCW but I can tell you right now I couldn't do that. I can't even hold a gun on target with my weak hand. I've tried dry-firing my P6 with my right hand I just physically can't do it. Oh, and I always wear at hat at the range, since I'm a lefty and brass tend to be flung at / over my head.
Rob over at Delaware Stuff informs me that there's a Utah CCW instructor willing to do classes in our area. The overall cost & hassle is nothing compared to getting a DE permit, so I'm most likely going to be applying for my Utah Non-Resident permit when the time comes. I'm planning to get some practice in before then, since I certainly need it. (My current family situation makes getting a DE permit near impossible.)

Utah is the way to go! Go for it!
I REALLY need to work on my shooting before the class. Luckily one of my guns just came back, so I can hit the range this weekend.
I live about a 1/4 mile from the PA border, so a Utah permit is actually useful. Too bad I hit Maryland 20 minutes to the southwest.
