Joe Huffman has a listing of all of the school shootings, categorized by pre / post "Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990. The list was compiled using a resource, the FBI Uniform Crime Report, which is full of these super cool things called facts.
As you can imagine, those in Academia, the bright young minds who are supposed to be the future of this country, would rather talk about "feeling safe" and continue to ignore inconvenient things like facts. The Real Gun Guys has an outstanding example.
The article even points out some fact, at the very end of an article devoted to the concept of "feeling safe."
