Quote of The Day

"Resistance to sudden violence, for the preservation not only of my person, my limbs, and life, but of my property, is an indisputable right of nature which I have never surrendered to the public by the compact of society, and which perhaps, I could not surrender if I would."

  - John Adams - Boston Gazette, Sept. 5, 1763

-It's sad to think that so many Americans have forgotten that such a fundamental law of nature should at all times trump the law of man.

Then again, most people I talk with believe, falsely we're a Democracy, and not a Republic. This might the answer why people are forgetting their rights.

Yup, and so many young people aren't learning about their rights in the 1st place. Right to healthcare, right not to be offended, right to a "living wage" sure, but god forbid they learn about the 2nd, 3rd 9th, or 10th Amendments
