Stories like this are obviously fabrications, right? I mean they just can't happen. Robberies at gunpoint being carried out by kids in Wilmington? That's unpossible. Teenage kids can't buy guns, they can't carry them, and it's illegal to rob people. Hell Delaware even has "common sense" child access prevention laws that should have stopped this.
Clearly what we need to do is ban private sales, ban internet and mail-order ammo and institute an assault weapons ban. It's "for the children", right?
