Palmetto State Armory has 115. gr. 9mm Federal XM9001 ammo for sale at $16 a box. That's a great price on defensive ammo if you're anything like me and keen on having a longterm stash of at least a few hundred rounds of JHP's in addition to your range ammo.
I haven't been able to find out too much about this ammo, however it appears to be a military / LEO contract overrun of Federal 9BP.
