There are plenty of great folks who need to be thanked publicly for making this years NRA Convention awesome.
First off, thanks to the NRA. Without them this event couldn't happen.
Second, thank you Laura & Chris for putting me up for a night, loaning me a laptop, and for tagging along with me even though it meant I'd be the 3rd wheel. Also, thanks for dinner, getting me to try tasty brusselsprouts, and of course delicious, nommable baked goods.
Third, thank you Breda for organizing yet another great dinner / shindig. I hope it continues as an annual event.
Fourth, thank you Old NFO for picking up the tab for all of us at Breda's shindig at Lidia's. I know I thanked you before but it deserves to be repeated here.
Fifth, thank you Brian from Luckygunner for buying lunch on your tab for a bunch of us gunbloggers. Remember, any ammo you see on their site is in stock and ready to ship!
Sixth, thank you Lars & Jim Supina for allowing a handful of us bloggers to get our sweaty mitts on some awesome historical 1911's!
Seventh, thank you Breda's Mike for bringing me beer. I've still got one bottle left to try.
And of course thanks to all of my fellow gunblogger attendees. The guns are always fun, but all of you are what make the NRA Convention worthwhile in my mind. Thank you for being yourselves, a truly great group of folks whose company I always enjoy.
Also, to anyone else I'm forgetting, thanks to you as well! I'm sure I forgot someone.

hell, thank YOU for talking me into going! this weekend was an absolute blast in every way BUT the hotel.
Well I'm glad I was able to drag your big butt along (and Chris!) Good company always makes these things more fun.
Glad you had such a great time, and I'm glad to see you and Breda get along so swimmingly! :)
You're welcome Mike. Thank you for letting us use your fuel efficient vehicle to get there and for the great company. I had a great time and I'm glad I got to go. I met some very interesting new people, and I got to see things I never had before. It was a great trip.
