Here's my prediction. The rage-a-holic, crazy man with a gun threatening to kill a fellow citizen / CCW holders will not end up being charged with any crime. Internal affairs will likely end up firing him and perhaps imposing some kind of meaningless punishment on him. He will not serve jail time. In fact, how much do you want to bet he ends up on some SWAT team for any of the myriad of Federal agencies that have one of their own these days?
Funny, us CCW holders are always seen as the ones who are potentially dangerous, angry, violent, volatile and just itching to shoot someone, yet the crazy man with a gun in this encounter was the cop. Us OC'ers are viewed as dangerous because we don't have a uniform and badge that puts people at ease. I'd feel more at ease around a group of 50 people in my county randomly picked from the phone book than I would around Officer Harless or someone like him.
I'll post my opinions of this video and the fallout later, when I've had the opportunity to watch it with the audio on. For now I'll just say that this the worst conduct by an officer during a CCW traffic stop that I've ever seen. Officer Harless was so off his goddamn rocker I'm surprised he didn't just pull his duty weapon and shoot the guy, or beat him half to death for no reason.

So much wrong with what happened there, but as a Northern Buckeye, it ain't that rare. Just one example: I know that neighborhood where he was patrolling, and if the Canton, Ohio PD thinks sending out a Cop wearing only his Skin Tight Conan Wannabe Shirt will stop bullets, they are more screwed up than when I dealt with them back in the mid-90's. Dirty Little Secret Time: Most PD's up here WON'T test for 'Roids, because they think these Over-Muscled Body Builders can scare the Sheeple into Submission when they do their Flexing. Look at how he Freaked out when he figured out that the Skinny CCW Holder could've blown his Butt away anytime while he was harrassing the Black Dude and the Girl, yet he dismissed the potential threat because HE out-massed him. THAT'S what a Coward and a Bully looks like, bro. And we have WAY too many of them up here on the North Coast.
In almost 32 years as an LEO I have seen some dickheads behind the shield, and I have seen some abuses, and have reported a few of them and taken a lot of shit for that from some other LEOs (and praise from yet others for doing the right thing), but I do not think I have ever seen as arsehat a stop as was that and as hyped up an officer as was he.
You think that was roids, not me! I think it was about 5 or 6 cans of those super high caffeine drinks or just someone who has had emotional problems all his life letting his true self shine through.

This guy is what gives the rest of them a bad name. My brothers and my dad are all cops (SWAT, homicide and DWI) and I have never seen any of them act like this - ever. Even when talking about the biggest low life piece of shit you can imagine the worst I have heard is "Well, he'll get his in the end."
This guy should be brought up on charges. If any of us had made these kind of threats to someone we would be in jail, and he did it under color of authority.
No officer needs to be fired more than this one. Get rid of this one before a citizen really gets hurt. No question...
This cop was going to make him loose his Permit, Harass him on the street whenever he saw him again. Thank goodness for the video because without it nobody would have believed him when he went to court. I want a camera on every cop after this kind of treatment to a citizen... Angry as heck because it could have been me.
I'm also calling "Bullshit" on this being an "isolated incident" as the Police union states.
I would be shocked if Officer Harless has not treated other Ohio citizens in a similar manner.
