I saw it on Friday with my dad, brother and nephew. The plot was a little lacking, but then that was to be expected. All in all I found it entertaining.
One thing really irked me though. Captain America fought some mythical, cartoonish group called HYDRA?! I think I saw one swastika in the entire film. I was expecting Captain America to do some Nazi-bashing.....and yet I saw no actual Nazi's. Ah hollywood, always politically correct, unless they're trying to bash the Tea Party.

One of the reasons is that without the swastika the film can be shown in Germany without lots of editing.
And it's not like HYDRA has no precedent in the Captain America universe...
Hydra actually came about during the 60's rebirth of Marvel Comics. They were also foes of Iron Man and Nick Fury. But the way the Marvel Universe has been restarted/rebooted so many times, just be glad that some of the Characters kinda/sorta resemble their Historical Counterparts.
Jon nailed it. Germany has very strict laws about Nazi imagery. It wasn't PC, it was cash money motivating this call.
