I have used them. Good to go in my book. Stick to factory weight springs unless you are shooting a lot of +P or +P+.
The mag springs seem to be good, I run them. Just don't use the recoil springs, they don't make one that is like the one in your gun.

I have had ok experience with them, but use them only occasionally.
I have swapped out a few of my magazine springs with wolff stuff. They worked fine, I didn't have a single bobble.
However, your mileage may vary....
