Quote of the day - Wicked capitalist

“Capitalism is the astounding belief that the most wickedest of men will do the most wickedest of things for the greatest good of everyone.”

― John Maynard Keynes

Yup, and Obama is a Keynesian at heart, a hater of capitalism. He is a man who has been immersed in leftist academia and marxist theology most of his life.  He's never run a business, never worked in one, never had a real job outside of politics and the ivory tower of academia. In his view an all-powerful centralized government will do the best of things for the greatest good of everyone....even though it's filled with the wickedest, most imcompetent, corrupt men.

Y'know, people talk about how terrible capitalism was during the industrial revolution and how it was explotative of the poor, but what about the lot of the poor before capitalism ran rampant upon America? And what of them after?  Can we not say that capitalism, as an economic system, improved the lives of the greatest number of people, regardless of their position, than any other economic system in human history?

And as for the Obama?  He didn't earn the Presidency, someone else made that happen, and we can make it unhappen come election day.

You know, it's pretty revealing that Keynes thinks that "the most wickedest of men" is the capitalist. Not the psycho axe-murderers, not the baby rapers, not the people who talk in the theater, but capitalists.

Tells you everything you need to know about him and his theory, doesn't it?
