Innocent children get murdered by a madman who broke a TON of laws, despicable, blooddancing politicians and media types gleefully exploit it to push for more gun control.........and the rest of America reacts. As Rick over at Traction-Control notes,
"At 5:30 AM I showed 9,330 units on hand, when the order was received (at 5:00 PM) the quantity available was zero. My distributor reported over 70,000 Magpul PMags were sold last weekend alone."
Almost 10,000 Magpul PMags sold in 12 hours, 70,000 sold in one weekend. Not only that, but I was checking out Aimsurplus last night and they were wiped out of most everything. .40 S&W, .45 ACP, 9mm, 7mm Mauser, .223/5.56, Glock mags, every PMAG you could think of. All of it was out of stock.
By and large is it not the pro-gun crowd who seeks to use the death of innocent kids to push a policy agenda, but then when is that not the case. When have leftist anti-gunners EVER refrained from using death and tragedy as political capital for infringing upon the rights of everyone who didn't do it.
Why can't we just grieve for the families of those lost and then have a rational conversation once people's emotions have subsided some?
