Monday Morning Musings
I'm not quite sure when, but something odd has started happening to me recently. Kids are calling me "Sir." It used to be if some pimply faced teenager served me while I was out getting food I was "dude," "bud" or "man" but now I'm "Sir" 99% of the time. Either I'm getting old or today's teens are getting more polite (ha)

I gotta say, maybe its the town where I live where just about all the kids go home to two parents, but it seems I don't bump into as many snot-nosed punks these days, and I KNOW I'm getting older where my definition of "Snot-Nosed Punk" is getting broader by the moment.
Also are you OC'ing a Sig or 1911? That can also prompt a sir, and cause one to mind their Ps and Qs!
Weer'd - In the particular interaction that led to this post I was not carrying. That said, you get a lot more "Sir's" when OC'ing.
You're getting ollllld.... ;)
I have yet to turn 22, and people call me sir. I wouldn't worry about it.
(Yes, I am carrying. No, they can't see it.) :)
